Erm... What?

Working on a fun little redstone project that requires a clock(toggleable by a switch), and twice now my clock seems to be breaking when nothing seems to be wrong. I didn’t know if this was implemented to stop clocks from lagging, or if I am just stupid, but it’s getting in the way of progress :stuck_out_tongue:

Unless the world is time-locked (and only the museums are), there should be no alterations to redstone. However, empty minecarts do roll at the same rate as occupied ones, due to a plugin.

This plan worked the day before, but now it goes through once and the torch turns off. I dunno what’s going on, its frustrating.
