The computer restarted and stopped reading several of my drives. I have tested the drives on another machine and they appear fine, so it might be a MoBo problem. Quite possibly one of the SATA connections fried and rendered several of my ports dead. I am looking into hosting the minecraft server on a separate machine for now. I will keep the webserver on the current machine for the time being, since it works.
Tentatively fixed. Broken SATA cable. Once I put a new one in and made sure the connections were secure, it seems to be working fine again. I went ahead and updated several plugins.
