Towny has broken, WE wand doesn’t seem to be able to select anything, logblock toolblock doesn’t work, the server randomly kicks players for some reason, there have been several crashes, and things are bad. 
No commands seem to work.

Renamed Romania_2.0 to Romania in the Pandora info file. Fixed.
More glitches: Somehow, a builder used a diamond kit in trial world and then went to survival but he still had all the diamonds. Me and dudersman killed him and burned the diamonds. Please fix this glitch, we dont want any more exploits. I also banned this player. Also, players can use /ptp to teleport to players via the party plugin.
