I will soon be implementing some restrictions based on jobs in survival.
When I implement this, I am going to make it so that you have to have x job to do y task. Meaning, players who are Builders in survival WILL be the ones who can build the most elaborate structures. Woodcutters will have the best access to wood. Miners will have the best access to ores. Now, I will try to not to make it too restrictive. You won’t be prohibited from placing ALL blocks if you are not a builder, for instance. However, you will have to recruit a builder to place some of the fanciest blocks. You will have to recruit a miner to get the best ores. (You heard me.)
I will have to go through the list and figure out what the limitations will be, however, so this will happen soon.
As for obtaining resources, there are always alternatives. You can buy from adminshop if you don’t have access to a miner, etc.
