Live Server Updating

The live SilCraft server is being updated to 1.2.3. The map conversion process may take a while.

If there is a home somewhere that hasn’t been regenerated, let me know. For the most part only existing towns and large abandoned cities have been recovered.

i wish that surv had not been regened, as there is now a crevice running through my town and it is now in a snow biome, and all of my items are missing

Okay well chest items transferred. If your town is not part of Towny I probably missed it so you need to let me know where it is.

Did flat world regenerate as well?

no creative worlds were touched.

Server lag when rendering the dynmap came down to the update to Orebfuscator – namely that I didn’t set Oreb back to using multiple cores. This prevented it from doing its job fast enough to keep up with dynmap, generating lots of lag. It should not be an issue any longer.

I’m also trying a dev build of Citizens on a trial basis. If the server still has a memory leak with Citizens, I may remove it for good and refund money spent to create them.

The Live server is now running 1.2.5. Happy SilCrafting.

Oh, and the dynmap login should be fixed – you will need to register one more time.
