In all aspects, the voting for a moderator should have the following requirements:
One: You should have a ton of experience with the server commands and know how to use them PROPERLY and CORRECTLY. You should also be able to help a user on how to use a certain command and you should be able to give full explanation of how it works and etc.
Two: You should have at least a year played in the Silcraft Server, you being known widely is important if your going to become in charge of these users.
Three: Of all things, you shouldn’t have to have the DEPUTY rank to become a MOD. It is based off of your actions of the server and of how you help it. I think you could even be a REGULAR and still get MOD as long as Silarn trusts you enough and honestly knows you will do the job right.
Four: You should be responsible for this position. It is a difficult job if you don’t do it right and you will most likely lose it fast. Be responsible and do the right thing.
Five: Be nice to the players. If one player is causing a disruption mute him. If he still is causing trouble kick him. If the problem persists, engage a TEMP BAN on the person.
