Towny local chats needs to be removed, it confuses players, and for some reason you can’t toggle it in creative.
I made it the same as global/general chat. I don’t know what else you are asking. I’ll check the permissions though because I thought I had set up all players to have it.
Yep! Local should do exactly the same thing as general now, and all players have permissions for general and local as well. So what is happening, exactly?
For some reason towny local chat was on when I logged into the creative world, however this has been fixed now, thanks.
