SilCraft Mumble Server - Closed

[s]There have been requests for a server voice chat channel, so I have finally obliged.

This server is using the Mumble VoIP client.

Connect to the server simply via rimpo.net with port 7777. Choose the username you want when entering the server information. Once connected, please register your name - especially if you are a Deputy or Mod. This is required if you want to have access to the private Moderation chat channel.

To reiterate:

Server: rimpo.net
Port: 7777

This is closed due to extreme lack of use. I’ll open it on a temporary basis as need arises. Maybe for my own personal use.

I’ve unlocked this thread for any questions. Mumble doesn’t take much to config and is high quality. There were requests for a voice chat server. So why is nobody touching it?

For some reason i cannot get on it :confused:

The server was running but for some bloody reason it wasn’t receiving connections. I restarted it and it seems to work properly now.

When you start mumble it creates a unique certificate. You register this certificate with the server so that it knows and can confirm who you are. It’s as simple as right clicking on your name and hitting register.
