While in the creative worlds except trial, it is possible to /tp to players in survival but it is not possible to use /tp in survival.
That’s because you’re a deputy and you have access to /tp, which other players do not have. I may be able to ‘fix’ this is you want me to. You’re supposed to be responsible enough not to abuse Deputy/Mod powers. On the other hand, /tphere could be an issue.
